Albert enlisted the U.S.Army in Wyoming with serial number # 37460022.

 

Albert J. Adler died of wounds sustained at the jump off the 511th P.I.R. at Tagaytay Ridge in the Philippines , on Feb. 6,  1945 and he is honored with a Purple Heart, American Campaign Medal and the WWII Victory Medal, and Posthumous the Bronze Star Medal.

 

George is buried/mentioned at Manila American Cemetery and Memorial  Manila, Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines
