Theodore entered  the Service from Ohio with service number # 910148.

 

Theodore Died of Wounds sustained at the Battle for Pelelui before the fights he landed with a LVT on Orange Beach who caught fire, on Sep, 17, 1944, he is honored with a  Purple Heart, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal and the WWII Victory Medal.

 

Theodore is buried/mentioned at Manila American Cemetery and Memorial  Manila, Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines.
