Thomas Adamsky died near Sablayan, Philipinnes , on March 12, 1945, he is honored with a  Purple Heart, Bronze Star Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal and the WWII Victory Medal.

 

Thomas is buried/mentioned at Manila American Cemetery and Memorial  Manila, Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines.
