The Imperial Japanese began their Invasion in the Philippines on 8 Dec 1941.

The 12th Signal Company resorted to fighting together among American and Filipino forces when compelled to surrender on 9 Apr 1942.

Private First Class Albano became a POW and was imprisoned at Pow Camp no record, he survived the Bataan Death March, but died shortly after it.

 

Gregorio is born 1893 in the Philippines.

Gregorio enlisted the U.S.Army in Philippines with service number # R-320682.

 

Greogorio died  defending Philippine soil against the Japanese Occupation

On May 23, 1942, he is honored with a POW Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal and the WWII Victory Medal.

 

Gregorio is buried/mentioned at Manila American Cemetery and Memorial  Manila, Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines.
