Charlie entered  the Service from Texas with service number # 3597706.

 

 

Charlie died when the ship was Torpedoed and Sunk, on June 5, 1942, he is honored with a Combat Action Ribbon, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal and the WWII Victory Medal.

 

Charlie is buried/mentioned at Honolulu Memorial, Honolulu, Honolulu County, Hawaii, USA.

He also has a Memorial Grave at Oak Grove Cemetery, Yoakum, Lavaca County, Texas, USA.
