Frank is born in 1922 in Oklahoma.

Sisters, Arrowanna and Eva M. Allen.

Brothers, Thomas, Billie, Daryl and Vrgil Allen.

 

Frank enlisted the service in Texas with service number # 6252860.

 

 

Frank was KIA on-board the USS Liscome Bay when it was hit and Sunk by a Torpedo from a Japanese Submarine on Nov. 24, 1943, he is honored with a Purple Heart, Combat Action Ribbon, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, WW II Victory Medal.

 

Frank is buried/mentioned at Honolulu Memorial, Honolulu County, Hawaii U.S.A.
