Glen was KIA when the shot a kamikaze plane who crashed on the Flight-deck causing explosions and fire on Oct. 30, 1944, he is honored with a Purple Heart, Combat Action Ribbon, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, WW II Victory Medal.

 

Glen is buried/mentioned at Manila American Cemetery and Memorial Manila, metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines.
