Tec4 Alter became a POW and was imprisoned at Pow Camp O’Donnell, he survived the Bataan Death March, but died shortly after it.

Jack is buried/mentioned at Manila American Cemetery and Memorial Manila, Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines.
