Henry enlisted the service in West Virginia with service number # 465160.

 

Henry died of his wounds sustained at the Battle over Kwajalein, brought to a Hospital ship where he died and was buried at Sea on June 17, 1944,  he is honored with a Purple Heart, Combat Action Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal, Expeditionary Medal, American Campaign Medal, Distinguished Unit Citation, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, WW II Victory Medal.

 

Henry is buried/mentioned at Honolulu Memorial, Honolulu County, Hawaii U.S.A.
