Frank A. Bak was a Technician Fourth Grade in the 722nd Engineer Depot Company(C-Company) .

 

Frank was KIA in the Dulag City Area, Leyte, on Oct. 25, 1944, and he is honored with the Purple Heart, Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, Army Presidential Unit Citation, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, WW II Victory Medal.

 

Frank is buried at Manila American Cemetery and Memorial, Manila, Metro Manila
