Samuel J. Vulcano was a Motor Machinist’s Mate 3rd Class in the United States Navy.

 

Samuel died when the USS Hull sunk during the Typhoon Cobra in the Philippine Sea on Dec. 18, 1944, he is honored with a Combat Action Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal, Expeditionary Medal, American Campaign Medal, Navy & Marine Presidential Unit Citation, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, WW II Victory Medal.
